Dear Mr. Hutchinson,
As of yesterday, the clearing work we arranged to have done through Basic Environmental was completed and I wanted to express to you my complete satisfaction with the results. After having seen what your machine was capable of doing, in that it could duplicate a month's manual work in a matter of hours, we decided it was definitely worth the expense. My major satisfaction, however, was not the machine itself, but the manner in which the entire project was handled.

Your employees are more than heavy equipment operators, they have the ability to see what needs to be done and do it in a way that enhances the looks of the property without leaving it looking like a battle zone. In addition, they are well spoken and most importantly, always on time or even early to the jobsite. I've had so many bad experiences with workers that make promises they don't fulfill, that sometimes I've settled for less professional work if I could count on them to show up as scheduled. With your crew that was never a problem.

Unfortunately, these days it seems that finding honest and responsible people is a lost art. You are to be congratulated for having such employees.

Again, thank you for a job well done and I will recommend your services to everyone.
